As a Solar Senior Project Engineer, your primary goal is to collaborate seamlessly with our Sales, Engineering and Project Management team to conceive and deliver PV System that not only meet customer requirements but also adhere to local regulations. Your work will be at the forefront of ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our solar installations. What will your main activities be?

• Providing technical support and expertise to the sales team
• Leverage your experience with CRM systems to streamline processes
• Taking part in site visits to offer technical solutions prior to the sale of projects
• Ensuring that projects comply with our company's safety and quality standards
• If the situation requires, you will support the Project Managers on organising and planning the PV installations and on collaborating with the installation teams (including electricians, roofers and subcontractors).
• In coordination with the Customer Experience department, ensure that all relevant project information is communicated regularly, both internally and externally, to ensure customer satisfaction

What will you need to succeed?

•  Fluent in Swiss-German and/or German and good knowledge of English, another language is a plus.
• Bachelor degree in renewable energy, architectural, mechanical, civil, or electrical engineering, or the equivalent qualifying experience
• At least 3 years' experience in the photovoltaic and electrical industry, particularly in the Commercial and Industrial sector
• Utilise software tools like PV-Sol to design state-of-the-art PV systems
• The ability to perform complete electrical calculations
• Proficiency in reading constructions drawings and specifications
• The flexibility to work both collaboratively within a team and independently
• Project and/or team management a plus
• Ability to multi-task and good management of priorities
• Team spirit to achieve company objectives and guarantee customer satisfaction
