We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Internship to join our dynamic team at a leading Swiss company specializing in solar energy solutions. This internship offers the chance to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing industry while contributing to the global transition towards sustainable energy.

As a Marketing Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing initiatives across various channels. Working closely with our marketing team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to strategic campaigns, develop engaging content, and assist in market research activities. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, with exposure to the full spectrum of marketing activities within the renewable energy sector. 

What will your main activities be? 

• Coordinating social media content creation sourced from solar energy experts within the company
• Basic design, photography and advertising content creation
• Working with the marketing and sales team to tailor communication to Swiss audiences
• Supporting the marketing team in defining, conceptualizing and producing marketing materials for potential customers
• Providing support for experimentation, testing and learning efforts in the marketing team (A/B testing, Creation of Landing Pages,Email Content)
• Helping out the company in re-branding efforts and coordination of merchandise production

What qualifications do you need? 

• Business, Marketing or similar humanistic education background (e.g. Journalism)
• Swiss-German or French as a mother tongue and fluent in English (mandatory)
• You have insights into the Swiss market either through experience in working or understanding of the culture
• You are a creative thinker with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and trends in social media and advertisement
• Strong copy writing abilities with an emphasis on crafting compelling and on-brand messaging
• You have an ability to translate content accurately and effectively between languages
• (Optional) You have basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva

Job location arrangement

• This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to enjoy the best of both worlds. You'll have the flexibility to work remotely for a portion of your workweek while collaborating with the team in our office in Renens.
